Vicky opened Tufties back in 2000 on Ormerod Street, and what started as a small salon quickly grew into something special. After expanding next door, she took on an incredible new challenge: transforming the Grade II listed Rams Head pub in the heart of Rawtenstall into the beautiful, award-winning salon we call home today.

With over 38 years of experience across hair, skin, trichology, and beauty, Vicky’s passion for the industry hasn’t faded one bit. She’s constantly learning, innovating, and ensuring Tufties stays ahead with the only the very best products and latest treatments. Over the years, her dedication has helped the salon earn 3 national awards, 7 local awards, the Red Rose Business Award, as well as finalists in HJi Salon of the Year — something she’s incredibly proud of, and rightly so!

Outside of work: Vicky loves spending time with family, whether it's out walking with her Vizsla's, Clementine and Rufus, or heading off for a dog show in the campervan. It’s her favourite way to unwind (when she actually remembers to take a break!)
