YUKO HAIR STRAIGHTENING

Tufties technicians specialise in the revolutionary YUKO hair straightening process. We are the most experienced salon in North West using the YUKO system, having been the first salon to adopt it in 2001 and still offer the treatments at an affordable price.

The result is luxurious and natural-looking straight hair, that doesn’t need excessive blow-drying or straightening so saves hours in hair maintenance.

The YUKO process can last up to 12 months and conditions hair, leaving it enriched with a silky sheen and gloss. Unlike most straightening systems it actually restores damaged hair, giving it a healthy looking finish and results that last.

This special straightening process utilises collagen, keratin and silk proteins which penetrate the hair follicle. A hot iron promotes heat oxidisation to leave hair smooth, radiant and manageable with minimal effort. YUKO is the original and leading hair straightening system.

La Braziliana Permanent Blow-Dry

The Braziliana Permanent Blow-Dry System is what Tufties recommends as an alternative to YUKO for bleached, highlighted, permed/relaxed or excessively processed hair. The more porous and damaged the hair the better this treatment works. It also can be used on children over 7 years of age.

The product is a mild chemical solution enriched with keratin and collagen which moisturises and reconstructs your hair, leaving it looking shiny, soft and more manageable. It will eliminate any frizz, unruly curls and waves. The application takes a couple of hours and will last up to 3 months.

This product does not straighten the hair but smooths the hair cuticle and will gradually wash out of the hair.
